Michelle Sterling is the Founder and President of building b: solutions. For over 16 years, Michelle has been designing and facilitating leadership-driven organizational culture transformations. Integrating employee training, internal communications and brand strategy, Michelle’s innovative solutions produce measurable results such as increased sales, greater customer loyalty, and higher employee engagement.
Michelle has implemented numerous programs related to increasing the effectiveness of human performance in organizations. She keeps organizations up-to-date with cutting-edge content such as: responsible and ethical leadership, work/life balance, productivity and motivation, generational differences, employee engagement; and the people aspect corporate social responsibility. She also authors the blog “The Breakroom” which provides thought-provoking ideas for getting more out of work and life.
Throughout her career, Michelle has held senior-level leadership roles in a broad range of industries such as financial services, automotive, and hospitality. She was one of the first 100 people internationally to receive ASTD’s Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation.
