building b:  solutions
Learn.  Lead.  Grow.
About Us
Who is building b: solutions?

On the surface we are an Arizona-based consulting firm that provides customized learning solutions. Dig deeper and you will find a resource for innovative ideas that will help your organization build long-term results.

building b: solutions works as an adjunct to your busines -- and can help you and your organization find better ways to leverage the strengths and talent of your people through a range of solutions such as relevant training, improved communications, re-invigorated culture, or more effective structuring of job roles for success.

Why use building b: solutions?
Every company needs one:  a secret lab tucked away in a remote part of their corporate headquarters.  A lab where mad scientists of sorts can quietly toil away on stats and numbers and generate ideas that will bring about new ways of doing business and achieving success.   Call it an idea factory, if you prefer, where a team of creatives (you know the type) experiment with cutting-edge learning and performance solutions for you to easily implement to stay relevant in the game -- and ahead of your competition.

Consider us that lab.  Just without the drama.  And without the lab coats. (Well, most of the time anyway.)

What makes us different?

Our focus is on the future.  We make sure our solutions are relevant today and tomorrow.  Plus, we like finding ways to make sure you get the most bang for your buck (that’s improved ROI in business speak).
